We Only Deliver to the UK at present. Please contact
us if you are not in the UK and need to order our products.
Delivery Charge
We charge £4.50 + VAT for delivery to Mainland UK and £7.50 +
VAT to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands. Your order will be
delivered within 3-5 working days (which excludes Saturday and
Sunday) For a Saturday delivery please contact us leaving your
email address or telephone number and we will contact you.
Back Orders
If any item on your order is not in stock, we will back order
for you. You will be emailed with the option to wait for
delivery or cancel your order if you would prefer.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products
please return them within 28 days of receipt of order. Please
ensure that they are suitably packed for return (we can accept
no responsibility for any product damaged through insufficient
packing, no refund will be made for transit damaged return items
or any postage incurred).
Privacy Policy
We do not divulge any details that you have given to us to any
other company or third party. Your credit card details go
directly to World Pay on their secure server and at no time are
they on our computer.

VAT Regulation Changes
As of 1st October 2003 the rules on VAT and incontinence
products have changed. Sales of these products no longer require
a VAT declaration providing:

The order is for an individual and not a business or
organisation.

The order is for less than 200 disposable pads.

The order for net pants is for 10 pairs or less.
For orders above 200 individual pads and to be zero rated, you
will need to fill in our vat exemption form. Please note that
zero rating only applies to the individual.

Paying by Credit Card over the internet is a very secure way of
using your credit card. At no time are your details on our
system - when you click Buy Goods you leave our website and go
into WorldPay's secure server where all details are encrypted
and protected. All Major Credit Cards Accepted and we only
Accept Payment In Pounds Sterling. Credit Cards Accepted are:
