Other than online, can I order products any other way?
When buying online your payment details are secure, encrypted and at no time stored
on our Systems. However if you prefer mail order and paying by cheque,
please print the mail order form and we will be happy to process
your order and dispatch as usual.

How secure is my personal information and payment details?
Tender Care do not divulge any details that you have given to us to any
other company or third party. Your credit card details go
directly to World Pay on their secure server and at no time are
they held on our computer system.

What are the charges for delivery?
Tender Care charge £4.50 + VAT for delivery to Mainland UK and £7.50 +
VAT to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands. For further

Does Tender Care deliver outside the UK?
We Only Deliver to the UK at present. Please contact us if you
are not in the UK and need to order our products.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Order before 12 noon Monday – Friday and we will dispatch your
order the same day. All orders are sent on a Monday-Friday next
day courier service. For those from the Highlands and Islands
orders will take a bit longer.

How is my order packed?
Tender Care fully understand the need for complete privacy, all
of our samples and
parcels are discreetly wrapped in plain wrapping for delivery
by courier.
